Our U11 girls put in another gutsy performance against a very physical & strong Brighouse A side. Despite missing a few key players, the girls put in a strong performance dominating large parts of the game and equal to the physical Brighouse challenge.
Both sides really entertained the supporters in a lively, end to end game with lots of crunching tackles and goals. The final score was a 3-3 draw and a fair result overall for the effort both sides put in.
Great goals from Teegan and our Ponte Beckham (Jessie) who again hit a screamer from outside the box & slotted a penalty away.
Brighouse girl of the game was Poppy who was outstanding on the wing and in goal. Blues girl of the game was Olive who did not stop all game putting big tackles in and breaking up play.
