We are delighted to announce that First Team Manager, Craig Rouse and his management team have signed an initial 18 month agreement with an option to extend.
After a positive first season in charge so far, the board were sure they had the right man at the helm. ‘Rousey’ has transformed his squad throughout the season, but since December has seen his side push away from the foot of the table to our current mid table position.
Craig Rouse and his management team have guided Ponte to the final qualifying round of the FA Cup, a club record, where we pushed National League play off side FC Halifax all the way across two legs.
As first team manager he, his management team and his squad have built a great connection with the fans, which has been prevalent since the start of 2022. We have seen an average home attendance of 280 and a string of very strong and loud away followings too.
